Micro-distillery on the island of Aero in the South Funen archipelago. Founded 2014 by Michael Nielsen (first experiments in his garage 2013). Located in the old wash house behind Den Gamle Kobmandsgaard in central Aeroskobing, set up 2016. Won Renovator Special Prize for restoration of the 19th-century building. Uses local island-grown ingredients. Founding member of the Danish Whisky Manifesto (2025).
