Craft distillery founded in 2018 on the banks of the Garonne in Bacalan, Bordeaux. Founded by Antoine Gravouil aiming to produce France's first rye whisky. All products made by hand on a hybrid 750L pot-column still. Inspired by the US bar scene's rediscovery of rye whiskey. Produces organic whisky, gin, and liqueur. Represents the transatlantic rye-whisky crossover -- applying American rye tradition through French craft sensibility in the world's wine capital.
