Brennerei Stadelmann

Small Swiss farm distillery in Canton Lucerne's Mittelland, producing Luzerner Hinterländer single malt whisky. Josef Stadelmann runs a grain-to-glass operation using barley grown on his own farm. One of Switzerland's most traditional farm distilleries, connecting whisky production to the centuries-old Swiss tradition of Obstbrennerei (fruit distilling). Matures in ex-bourbon, Swiss wine, and fruit brandy casks. Very small annual production — typically under 5,000 litres. Multiple Destillata and Swiss spirits competition awards. Represents the farmhouse artisan end of Swiss whisky.
