Denmark's first craft distillery in Copenhagen, founded 2014 in the southern neighbourhood of East Amager. One of the largest and most successful Danish craft distilleries. Uses a 1,000L Muller Aromat still, electrically heated by wind-generated electricity. Small batch production (100-1,200 litres per distillation). 100% organic since 2019. Produces single malt whisky from 100% Danish barley, award-winning gin, and classic Nordic aquavit. Founding member of the Danish Whisky Manifesto (2025).
