Lot No. 40 is a premium 100% copper pot still rye whisky produced at the Hiram Walker campus in Windsor. Named after the lot of land where the first rye grain was grown for Hiram Walker. One of Canada's most critically acclaimed whiskies, it helped spark renewed international interest in Canadian rye. Distilled in small copper pot stills rather than the column stills used for Canadian Club.
