Destillerie Kammer-Kirsch

Historic Baden distillery founded 1906, best known for Schwarzwald (Black Forest) cherry brandy (Kirschwasser). Added whisky production under the Black Forest brand. Produces single malt and grain whiskies using expertise from over a century of fruit spirit distillation. One of Germany's older spirits companies to enter the whisky market. The Karlsruhe location in northern Baden-Württemberg gives access to both Black Forest and Rhine Valley terroir. Part of the growing trend of established German fruit brandy houses pivoting into whisky production.
