Artisanal organic whisky distillery founded by Herve Grangeon, an engineer-turned-master distiller who earned the title Maitre Artisan Distillateur in 2016. Uses 100% organic barley from the Hauts-de-France region, distilled over naked flame in a single copper Stupfler pot still. Aged in Cornish (Quercus petraea) and European (Quercus robur) oak casks. All products are certified organic (FR-BIO-09). Despite not being in Alsace, has a connection through malt brewed at the Uberach brewery. One of France's most uncompromising grain-to-glass operations.
