One of France's earliest whisky producers, founded in 1997 by oenologist Thierry Guillon in the heart of Champagne's Montagne de Reims. Produces L'Esprit du Malt using Champagne-grown barley, pure estate spring water, and double distillation with only the heart of the cut. Ages in oak from France's most prestigious wine regions. Now offers 17 expressions served at top restaurants (Royal Champagne, Les Crayeres, George Blanc) and referenced by France's most prestigious institutions including the National Assembly, Senate, and Elysee Palace.
