Paris's first distillery in over a century, founded by brothers Nicolas and Sebastien Julhes in the 10th arrondissement. Produces a range of spirits including single malt whisky, gin, rum, and vodka. The whisky program uses French barley and experiments with various cask types including cognac, Sauternes, and vin jaune barrels -- distinctly French finishing choices.
