Sweden's island distillery on Gotland, producing ecological terroir-forward single malt whisky. Founded 2004, production started 2012. Uses 100% KRAV-certified organic barley grown locally, limestone-filtered water from Gotland's bedrock springs. Distilled in hand-forged copper stills. Brands include Isle of Lime, Barshalder, Lergrav, and Bjärge. Everything grown, distilled, matured, and bottled on the island.
