About

The most northerly distillery in Scotland (Kirkwall, Orkney), producing heather-honey-sweet, gently smoky single malt using Orkney-grown heather peat. One of the last distilleries with its own floor maltings. Highland Park 18 is often cited as one of the greatest single malts ever produced. Vikings, Norse mythology, and Orkney's wild landscape define its brand identity.

Otherworldly — the heather honey has condensed to ancient beeswax and dark wildflower honey. Peat smoke exists as a spectral presence, woven into dried heather, sandalwood, and old incense. Concentrated prune essence, bitter chocolate, antique leather, and museum-grade oak. Dried rose petals, old pipe tobacco, and the faintest breath of Orkney sea air. Half a century distilled into an aroma
