Southernmost distillery in the world, located in Puerto Natales, Chilean Patagonia. Founded April 2017 by Australian couple Kiera Shiels and Matt Oberg. Named after Ultima Esperanza Sound. Primarily known for gin (Patagonia Dry Gin with yerba mate and winter's bark; Calafate Gin with local berries). Whisky in development: 18 American oak barrels aging, experimenting with local peat from Patagonian bogs. Whisky not yet released as of 2025. Address: Esmeralda 882, Puerto Natales.
