Third-generation Bavarian distillery in the Bavarian Forest. Family founded as grocery shop 1935; distilling began 1970s. Whisky production since 2006. Coillmór (Gaelic for Big Forest) first released 2009. Approximately 30,000 litres raw spirit annually. Uses soft mineral spring water from Kaitersberg. Visitor centre with tastings and personal guided tours.
