Distilling gin and vodka since 2018; started distilling Irish Whiskey in 2022, making them Ireland's smallest GI-verified Irish Whiskey Distillery. Building a larger commercial-scale distillery overlooking Lough Ree. Current releases include Bart's Irish Whiskey, Sling Shot Gin, and The Bridge Whiskey series.
