Israel's first whisky distillery, located in southern Tel Aviv. Mediterranean climate (30-35C summers) drives extremely rapid maturation -- 3-year-old M&H tastes like a much older whisky. Uses ex-bourbon, ex-red wine (Israeli wineries), and STR casks. Jim Swan (legendary whisky consultant) helped design the distillery before his passing. Produces Classic, Elements, and Apex series.
