Artisan whisky distillery on an old farm on the southeastern coastline of Funen island, overlooking apple orchards and the Langeland Strait. Founded 2015 by Jes and Gitte Mosgaard. Custom-made handmade copper pot stills from a small coppersmith in Portugal. Maturation primarily in small 50L casks. Also produces gin. Part of Denmark's growing craft whisky scene.
