One of the last active mills in Liguria, operated by the Assandri family since 1830. Produces 'Moonshine' — Liguria's first whisky, made from native local cereals stone-ground at the mill, fermented with Sassello water, double distilled. 'Il Signor Camillo' won Gold Medal at World Whiskey Awards 2023 (New Make and Young Spirits). Planning emmer wheat whiskey release.
