About
Ecuador's first single malt whisky, self-described as 'the first Andean single malt in the world.' Based in Quito at ~2,700m elevation. Founded by Santiago Sosa, inspired by a trip to Scotland with his father. Uses pristine local spring water from family land and carefully selected barley malt sourced from Europe and North America. Matured in American oak and French oak casks at high altitude. Bottled at 40% ABV, 750ml. Available domestically and in international markets.
