Released Banded South Australian Blended Malt Whisky using six different casks filled in 2017. Southern Strength Gin won World's Best Classic Gin at the 2019 International Wine and Spirits Competition. Located within the Chalk Hill Collective alongside McLaren Vale wine stalwarts. Named after the Australian term for the remote outback. Distillery Door offers tours, gin and tonic tasting flights and cocktails.
