Four-generation grappa dynasty near Bassano del Grappa, distilling since 1898. Launched whisky in 2022 — one of Italy's most widely distributed. Uses artisanal discontinuous bain-marie (water bath) still and an ancient all-copper alembic. Conclave (5-year peated pure malt) and Segretario di Stato (lightly peated, French oak then Amarone cask finish) are flagship whisky expressions.
