Organic seed-to-bottle farm distillery in the village of Sall, East Jutland. Founded 2016. 100-hectare farm growing old organic grain varieties including hulless/naked barley, rye, and wheat. 1,000L Hoga alembic wash still and 600L Hoga alembic spirit still. Single Farm Origin philosophy — all barley grown, malted, distilled, and matured on site. Also produces Syv Sind gin range. Crowdfunded Nordic whisky pioneer. Founding member of the Danish Whisky Manifesto (2025).
