Seven Hills

Craft distillery in the heart of Hungary's Tokaj wine region, founded 2020 in Bodrogkisfalud village. Produces single malt, American-style (corn-based), and rye whiskeys, all matured in traditional Gonci barrels (135.75L capacity) — the signature casks of Tokaj winemaking. Smoked Single Malt uses 100% Hungarian malted barley, cold-smoked with organic ash, fermented with French champagne yeast. Won World's Best Contemporary Style Gin at World Gin Awards 2021 for Tokaj Gin (21 botanicals). A unique terroir-driven distillery leveraging Tokaj's microclimate and winemaking heritage.
