Farm-to-bottle Swedish distillery in Järvsö, Hälsingland. One of the few distilleries globally controlling every step from growing and milling grain to mashing, distilling, and bottling. First distillation December 12, 2012. Produces Sweden's first bourbon-type whiskey made from local Järvsö corn. Mill dates to early 1800s, seven generations of the same family. Entirely self-sufficient in grains and spring water.
