The only whisky distillery in North Zealand, Denmark. Founded 2018 by Torben Thornaes Andersen, operational from end of 2019 after restoring an old horse stable on the agricultural farm of Falkendal in Kagerup (40 minutes north of Copenhagen). Premium Danish single malt whisky from organic barley and distinctive Grib Forest groundwater. Small batch processing with local raw materials. Also produces gin and other spirits. Founding member of the Danish Whisky Manifesto (2025).
