Vietnam's first dedicated commercial single malt whisky distillery, established in 2020 in Hanoi. Co-founded by poet and hospitality veteran Quan Hung Nguyen and Michael Rosen (also co-founder of Song Cai Distillery). Equipped with a 3,000-litre copper pot wash still, 2,000-litre copper pot spirit still, 4,000-litre mash tun, and six 3,000-litre fermentation tanks. Master distiller Edward Tiege (formerly of Copalli Rum, Belize). Won World's Best New Make and Young Spirit at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards. Vietnam's historic first premium single malt whisky release planned for Tet 2027. Also produces acclaimed Vietnamese gin and creme de cacao (collaboration with Maison Marou chocolatier). Conceived with the specific mission of launching the first full-scale single malt whisky distillery in Southeast Asia.
