Maritime Tasmanian single malt distillery built inside a former oyster hatchery just metres from the ocean. Named for Wauba Debar, a Tasmanian Aboriginal heroine. Two steam-heated copper pot stills by Peter Bailly. Five salt-laden bond stores ensure casks breathe sea air. Officially launched April 2023 by the Tasmanian Premier.
